We have completed large commercial roofing projects for well known industry contractors as well as the smaller independent companies. Some of our bigger projects have been Dublin Airport, including link building, Aurora Hotel at Terminal 5 and Dungerness Power Station, Kent.
We are able to offer assistance to smaller companies and are often asked to help on pricing and materials, liasing with architects when required.
We have a 100% safety record and all our operatives hold CSCS, and have completed a range of safe systems of work for roofers as included in current legislation. Courses including; Working at Height, Use of Safety Nets, Inspection of PPE, Safety Harnesses, Hoist Operation, and Workplace Risk Assessment and Asbestos Awareness (certificates supplied upon request).
We take pride in ensuring high quality finish and on-time completion of all works.
All new work includes a ten year labour guarantee and the applicable manufacture’s guarantee.For domestic contracts a 20% materials deposit is required and for commercial contracts interim payments to be agreed prior to commencement of works. Invoices settled within 30 days before attracting interest.
